Beehive Park and Ride reopens

May 17, 2022 6:20 PM

The site in Salisbury will resume operation on Monday 23 May.

For the last two years the Beehive has played an important part in the Covid-19 response and has been used as a drive-through testing facility. It is one of five Park and Ride sites in Salisbury:

  • Beehive A345 Castle Road (north)
  • Britford A338 Downton Road (south)
  • London Road A30 London Road (north east)
  • Petersfinger A36 Southampton Road (south east)
  • Wilton off A36 The Avenue (west)

Buses will run every 30 minutes with the last buses from the city centre to the Beehive at 11.25pm. Detailed information about each site is available on the Salisbury Reds website, the bus company that operates the bus service.

The adult return fare is £3 per person, so cheaper than the cost of all-day parking in the city centre. Concessionary bus passes are accepted after 9.30am. There are also savings available on multi journey tickets and for group tickets. Full fares here: www.salisburyreds.co.uk/salisbury-park-ride-services

All of the Park and Ride sites are open from Monday to Saturday but are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Bus services run from 6am until after 11pm, allowing passengers to easily work in the city or enjoy Salisbury's night-time economy without driving into the city centre.
