North Bradley housing development refused
By Trevor Carbin
Wiltshire Council planners have kicked out a speculative proposal made through agents Heynes Planning to build up to 85 houses on the Southwick Road on the edge of North Bradley.
Reasons for the refusal include the fact that the development would be outside the village policy limit, would detract from the urban area, and lacked any infrastructure or affordable housing provision. There was also a lack of information on ecology and heritage.
