Tisbury opposes parking charges New!

Tisbury residents have unanimously opposed Wiltshire Council Conservatives in their plan to introduce parking charges to the village. The consultation on the proposals has now closed, and the WC cabinet will make a final decision later in the year.

Melksham Councillor Launches Campaign To Save Library/ Call for Consultation to be extended New!

Wiltshire Councillor for Melksham South, Jon Hubbard, has launched a campaign to save Melksham Library after the Conservative Administration in County Hall announced a consultation exercise which proposes closing the popular town centre resource in favour of an out-of-town complex to be located by the new Melksham Oak Community School.

Mere fights against car parking charges
